Therese Ryan
Director / Licensed Conveyancer
Therese is the founder and co-director of Cornerstone Conveyancing. Her legal industry experience spans almost 40 years, gained through a breadth of roles at major and boutique law firms across the Mid North Coast and in Sydney.
Therese’s deep, ahead-of-the-curve knowledge of modern conveyancing practice means she is seen by peers as a trusted source of market insights and has collaborative rapport with a vast network of industry specialists, stakeholders and her clients.
As well as having extensive experience in all aspects of domestic and commercial conveyancing, Therese also has valuable experience in the sensitive areas of property settlement pertaining to Family Law and Deceased Estate matters, including transfers of property under Family Law or Domestic Relationships court orders and Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration.
Therese holds an Associate Degree in Law (SCU), is a member of The Australian Institute of Conveyancers, is a Certified Practising Conveyancer, a Certified PEXA member and a Member of the PEXA Advisory Council.
Away from the office, Therese can be found swimming at Sawtell Beach, hiking the beautiful north coast hinterland, practising the art of yoga or pursuing her passion of paddle boarding. Therese is very mindful of her community and has been at the forefront of organising Cornerstone’s Annual Biggest Morning Tea, Celebrity Chef Cando Cancer Trust Degustation Dinner, Bush Fire relief, Flood relief and Christmas Appeals for the Children’s Ward at Coffs Harbour Children’s Hospital.
Lyn Rovere
Director / Licensed Conveyancer
Lyn has been a co-director at Cornerstone since 2016. Lyn has over 35 years’ legal experience strongly dedicated to all aspects of domestic and commercial conveyancing law during which time she has worked with some of the region’s leading lawyers.
Lyn’s career includes a vast breadth of sales, purchasing, development and leasing matters for some of the area’s major commercial, retail, hospitality and residential development properties managing extensive file portfolios.
Lyn’s passion for conveyancing, extensive knowledge and conscientious approach not only achieves the best possible outcomes for clients and stakeholders, but over her career has made her Lyn – and continues to make her – a valuable source of guidance and mentorship for her industry peers and colleagues.
A born and bred Coffs Harbour local, Lyn is known and respected for her calming nature and ability to communicate at all levels with peers, clients and stakeholders – and in particular her ability to demystify the more complex and intimidating aspects of the conveyancing process to clients.
In her down-time Lyn can be found enjoying the beautiful surrounds of the Coffs Coast with her family; camped by a river; cooking up a storm for her family or curled up with a good book or movie.
Bianca Coombs
Licensed Conveyancer
Bianca has been part of the Cornerstone team since relocating with her family to the beautiful coastal town of Urunga.
With nearly two decades of experience in the legal industry, Bianca began her career in 2005 as a receptionist in a busy legal practice, where she quickly discovered her passion for conveyancing law. She went on to complete her qualification in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University in 2011, and since then has assisted hundreds of clients in achieving smooth and successful property transactions.
Bianca’s work is defined by her care, attention to detail and strong sense of client service. She takes pride in guiding clients through each stage of the conveyancing process, ensuring they feel supported and informed from start to finish. Her approachable nature, professionalism and commitment to excellence have earned her the trust and respect of both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Bianca is a passionate angler and an active representative of the Australian Women’s Fishing League, where she helps promote and encourage female participation in the sport. She enjoys spending her downtime exploring the waterways of the Mid North Coast with her family and soaking up the relaxed coastal lifestyle that first drew them to the area.
Kelsey Woods
Conveyancing Paralegal
Kelsey is a born and bred Coffs local with a passion for people and a strong foundational background with over 10 years’ experience in law and conveyancing.
Kelsey now focuses solely on conveyancing, in which she experiences a sense of fulfilment using her legal knowledge and people skills to directly support clients through the sometimes daunting and emotional process of selling or purchasing a home.
Outside of work, Kelsey is a young mother who enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as contributing to the community through numerous charity and volunteer activities.
Kaz Mack
Conveyancing Paralegal
Kaz is a pillar of our team, providing legal and administrative support, with an unwavering dedication to providing a seamless experience for our clients.
Kaz brings a wealth of experience gained over 20 years in high-level executive and financial support roles here in Australia and overseas. Now in her 4th year as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Kaz’s welcoming and personable character cultivates a sense of warmth and assurance among our clients.
Away from the office, Kaz loves exploring the outdoors, making the most of being back on the Coffs Coast. A passionate animal lover, Kaz is frequently found taking relaxing walks with her cherished fur baby, Duke.
Rianne Robben
Conveyancing Paralegal
Rianne is a proud Sawtell local who brings an international perspective and a passion for helping people to her role. Originally from the Netherlands, Rianne holds a Bachelor of Law specialising in Family and Property Law and has worked with both solicitors and conveyancers since moving to Australia in 2020.
Now focused solely on conveyancing, Rianne finds great fulfilment in guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones — buying or selling a home. With her strong communication skills, approachable nature, and high level attention to detail, she ensures every client feels supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, Rianne is an active volunteer with several local animal rescues and has twice been nominated for the NSW Volunteer of the Year Award. She enjoys travelling, baking, gardening, and spending time with loved ones, and has also written and published a book and several articles in her native language.
Milly Tribe
Office Administrator
Milly joined our team in 2018 after making the move to Coffs Harbour from Melbourne. Milly has more than 30 years’ experience in high-level executive administration, finance and support roles. She has an eagle-eye for detail and a passion for professional and warm customer service.
Milly uses her considerable organisational and problem-solving skills to bolster the rest of the Cornerstone team’s account work, as well as to create efficiencies and ensure the smooth running of the office.
As well as a love for her work, Milly also contributes to the community through volunteering. She has run local athletics groups and worked in mentoring programs for sports and for literacy.
Samantha Warner
Office Administrator
Sam joined our team with more than 30 years’ experience in customer service and administration, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, local insight and a genuine passion for helping people.
With her welcoming nature and meticulous attention to detail, Sam ensures that every client receives a seamless and personalised experience. Her professionalism, reliability and approachable manner make her an invaluable part of the team, supporting both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, their much-loved dog Maple, and her two cherished grandchildren. She also loves cooking and relaxing with a good book.
