Therese is a licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years’ experience in the legal industry and licensed to practice conveyancing since 2009. Whilst founding Cornerstone Conveyancing Services in 2014, Therese recently expanded into a business partnership with Lyn Rovere in 2016.
With an Associate Degree in Law (SCU), Therese is also a member of The Australian Institute of Conveyancers, a Certified Practising Conveyancer, a Justice of the Peace, and formerly has served as a Councillor on the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW Division). Therese’s extensive experience in property law and conveyancing developed whilst practising in both major and smaller law firms throughout Sydney and Regional NSW.
Therese has been instrumental in delivering training to practitioners and conveyancers across the North Coast of NSW in the ground-breaking electronic settlement platform through Property Exchange Australia as a PEXA Direct Specialist, which all Cornerstone Conveyancing Services’ clients have at their disposal.

Lyn is a Licensed and Certified Practising Conveyancer and business partner at Cornerstone Conveyancing Services. A born and bred Coffs Coast local, Lyn brings to Cornerstone approximately 30 years of experience with an extensive background in conveyancing law. She has been involved with all aspects of domestic and commercial conveyancing and has vast knowledge in conveyancing law and practice. Lyn holds a Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice (Macquarie University) and is also a Justice of the Peace.
Cassie is the conveyancing paralegal and is currently studying a Bachelor of Law through SCU. Cassie joined Cornerstone Conveyancing Services in 2014 and assists Therese and Lyn with matters, and carries out general paralegal duties.
Planning to graduate in 2018, Cassie believes study-related employment mixed with an excellent study plan is the key to balance both the work and study load. Cassie finds learning something different each day and getting to know the client over the course of their buying/ selling experience most rewarding. Upon the completion of her degree, Cassie will be admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, which enables her to practice as a Solicitor.
